SCHR fights for a world free from mass incarceration\, the death penalty\, the criminalization of poverty\, and racial injustice. \nThe SCHR Ambassadors invite you to join us for our Power + Love = Justice\, a virtual race to benefit the Southern Center for Human Rights. The Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King\, Jr. observed: \n“Power without love is reckless and abusive\, and love without power is sentimental and anemic. Power at its best is love implementing the demands of justice\, and justice at its best is power correcting everything that stands against love.” \nLet’s combine our power with our love to achieve true justice.
